A former L.A.U.S.D 5th Grade teacher, Scott started Harbor Property Management from his downstairs home office in San Pedro. In just a few short years, starting with one small client in Redondo Beach, Harbor Property Management now manages over 1,000 units throughout the South Bay.
Edith joined Harbor Property Management in 2018, bringing experience and positive energy to our new clients and tenants.
Assistant Property Supervisor
Andy is responsible for inspecting all properties and maintaining effective communication with our tenants.
Juan is a dedicated team member, overseeing his department in property inspections, communications, and tenant relations.
Eloy has been with HPM since 2007, he is one of the best in the property management industry with exceptional skill in client accounting, forecasting, and budgeting. He is highly praised by clients and residents for his patience and ability to communicate in a kind and friendly manner.
Jasmin is a hardworking and dedicated accounting specialist. She process numerous tenant payments, as well as assisting our clients and tenants with their questions on billing or payments.
Christina is our senior leasing agent. She is continually assisting our valued clients by marketing and filling vacancies with qualified tenants.
Gabby works is an energetic leasing team member. Gabby provides the initial screening for all applicants. She also reviews hundreds of applicant credit reports, contacts former landlord references, verifies employment and income verification, and puts the stamp of approval on vacant units. She works hard to provide a positive move in experience for your new tenant.
Guillermo is at the heart and soul of Harbor Property Management. His ability to communicate with property owners, tenants, maintenance personnel, and prospective tenants is what makes him invaluable to our clients. He is fluent in Spanish, and understands the culture, backgrounds, and personalities behind every aspect of property management.
Guillermo also responds to all maintenance issues personally. If there is a maintenance issue, he will contact both the tenant and owner, and coordinate all authorized repairs. Guillermo is a member of the South Bay Association of Realtors, and has helped our clients who wish to purchase and or sell property.
Carlos is a local South Bay native and a licensed Real Estate Agent with experience in residential and income properties. He is fluent in Spanish and currently helps our clients manage the day to day maintenance, vacancy repairs, and vendor relationships.
Assistant Maintenance Coordinator
Michelle is a recent college graduate and is working with our clients and tenants to address their maintenance needs and requests.
Yesenia is a graduate from Loyola Marymount University with a double major in Spanish and French. She is highly organized and specializes in real estate sales and investments. Her passion and experience provide investors with the insight necessary in this market.
A Torrance native, Marlen welcomes every client and tenant with a smile when they enter our office. Marlen is also a fluent Spanish speaker and is our newest team member. She is coming to us with a great deal of experience in property management and we are lucky to have her on our team.
